thanks to Lifell:
Go to C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\HLL\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor (if you can’t see the AppData folder then turn off hidden folders)
Open Engine.ini with Notepad
Add the following to the bottom of the file:
[SystemSettings]
r.DefaultFeature.AntiAliasing=2
r.TemporalAACurrentFrameWeight=0.2
r.TemporalAASamples=64
r.TemporalAASharpness=0.8
r.Tonemapper.Sharpen=1
Save and close the file
